Slide 1 - Britain, France, Italy, Russia, and America were the main countries of the Allied Powers. Among these countries were powerful political and military leaders. Allied Powers leaders
Slide 2 - As President of American, and part of the “Big Four,” Woodrow Wilson helped lead the Allies to a victory. America Major General John J. Pershing or “Black Jack” was Commander-in-chief of the American Expeditionary Forces led 500,000 men to the first victory for the United States.
Slide 3 - Prime Minister, Lloyd George was a dominant and great power to Britain. He was good friends with Woodrow Wilson and together they helped create the Versailles treaty. He understood to not only punish Germany to an extent. Great Britain
Slide 4 - As the leader of France, George Clemenceau, hardly kept contact with Britain and America. He liked it his was and made treaty negotiations hard. He wanted the Versailles Treaty hard on the Germans so they wouldn’t be a threat to France ever again. But that played a huge factor in starting WWII France General Ferdinand Foch was the commander of the French forces on the Western Front.
