Think Positively About The Situation That You're In - Not many of us, think positive all the time, which results in many of us worrying too much over a small situation and getting all obsessive over it. So, to think positive, just close your eyes, clear your mind and tell yourself, think positive. Look on the brighter side of the situation. Don't think of things passively or negatively, it'll just give you more stress thinking about it and it will lower your self confidence at the same time.

Appreciate Everything That You Have - You probably heard this before, but not many of us actually do. Try it. It works. By just taking a few minutes of your day, to develop an attitude of gratitude and think about what's in front of your eyes, what you have now, for eg, your friends and family. Appreciate each and every one of them, as they are always there for you, and they have your back.

Smile - Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There's a good chance you mood will change for the better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you change your mood. Smiling helps to prevent us from looking tired, worn down, and overwhelmed. When you are stressed, take time to put on a smile. The stress should be reduced and you'll be better able to take action.
